Our advanced mineral processing system operates in two key stages to ensure high-quality sand production and effective water management. The first stage is the washing process, where materials of (-) 10 mm size pass through six sub-processes to remove impurities and fines. This results in two premium sand types: Masonry Quality Fine Sand, ideal for masonry and plastering, and Concrete Mix Sand, perfect for high-strength concrete applications.
The second stage is the Water Management System, which treats sludge generated during mineral processing, ensuring sustainable operations and minimizing environmental impact.
